other days i would miss shift, grind gears, etc, it would be frustrating. Totally minding my business (although perhaps driving just for the heck of it in some pretty crappy snow), as Im creeping down the off ramp onto my street, the ABS light goes on and the 'Brake' light starts to flash. c)use threshold braking or pump the brakes. b)Depress the brake and hold it down until the vehicle stops.
The best way to stop without ABS brakes on snow or ice is to: a)Jam on the brake. d)Forget it there is no good way to stop on ice. Not sure if it was the car itself/daily environmental conditions, etc, or just my laziness/mental state on my part day to day, but some days i could make perfect shifts every time smoother than any auto transmission car, very satisfying. So Im driving in snow and my ABS light goes on. c)Pump the brakes until the vehicle stops. You’ll notice some pulsating and possibly a growling sound this is. To activate the ABS brakes, press firmly down on the brake pedal don’t let up. ABS brakes are an advanced braking system that works with your regular brakes by automatically pumping them.

Its kind of like in my old car(2008 Honda Fit) i found the manual transmission challenging to shift smoothly in that car on a consistent basis.
