It took more than 30 days to discover the unreliable nature of your software. Eventually, I asked for a partial refund because I got tired of the inconsistent and unreliable nature of the software - even a partial refund for the 2yrs remaining licence - but they point blank refuse to do so - the excuse being that it has been over 30 days.

When they do respond, they just expect me to uninstall things, disable things, do screen recordings of intermittent issues - basically waste/spend lots of valuable time diagnosing issues etc.
